THE IMPULSION GUARANTEE
 

If you are not completely satisfied with your putter we will refund your purchase price minus the shipping charges.   You must initiate the Return Process within 30 days of your order date, and we must receive your return within 15 days of issuing you an Return Authorization Number.  No exceptions.  The putter must be returned to us in the same condition that we sent it to you or else a refurbishing fee of $20 will be deducted in addition to shipping charges.  There is no restocking fee.

Return Process
Email us your name, address, contact phone number and reason for return and we will send valid requests via e-mail a return authorization number that must be written on the outside of the box.  Returns without an return authorization number written on the outside of the box will not be accepted.

Print a copy of your return authorization e-mail and put it in the box with your return.  If you want to exchange a putter for a different size or length, you will be charged for shipping of the new putter.  We will do everything possible to make your buying experience a pleasant one!
